Aluminium Composite Material
ALPOLIC® is an Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) for the construction industry worldwide. It is not only a reasonable alternative to solid aluminium sheet, but also an individual material characterized by its own unique features. Its lightweight, high rigidity, excellent flatness and long lasting coating qualities are just what the construction industry has been looking for. ALPOLIC®/fr is a fire-rated ACM which has an improved core, and meets the fire-safety requirements for external claddings in most countries. Today, ALPOLIC®/fr is the external cladding material of choice, ensuring fire safety without losing the original features of ALPOLIC®.
Stainless Steel Composite Material
ALPOLIC/fr SCM is a stainless steel composite panel composed of non-combustible mineral filled core and two sheets of 0.3mm thick stainless steel. Both sides of stainless steel are NSSC220M, a highly rust-resistant ferric stainless steel, which has an outstanding rust resistance comparable to stainless steel 316. ALPOLIC/fr SCM is suitable for external claddings and roof coverings of buildings.
Titanium Composite Material
ALPOLIC/fr TCM is a titanium composite panel composed of 0.3mm thick titanium sheet on the topside, a non-combustible mineral filled core and 0.3 mm thick stainless steel sheet on the backside. Titanium metal quickly forms a stable oxide film (called “passivated film”) at room temperature and is known for its unparalleled corrosion resistance. ALPOLIC/fr TCM is suited to the external claddings and roof coverings of buildings located in highly corrosive environments.
Zinc Composite Material
ALPOLIC/fr ZCM is a zinc composite material composed of a chemically-weathered zinc sheet on the topside, a non-combustible mineral filled core and a zinc sheet or an aluminium sheet on the backside. ZCM is suited to the use of outdoor applications such as soffit, awnings, parapets, rain screens, external claddings and roofs, especially when you feel insufficient with conventional building materials.
