Rainspan
A fast track installation of LINEAR Facades and an increasingly popular method of rainscreen construction is the use of a composite panel substructure. A LINEAR rainscreen can be fixed to a composite panel with fewer additional support systems and the substrate panel itself provides the required structural and thermal performance.
LINEAR Rainspan is a unique system that has been rigorously and independently tested to prove its long term performance. It combines Euroclad Façade’s LINEAR rainscreen products with stone wool cored composite panels. The substrate for LINEAR Rainspan comes in a range of non-combustible, stone wool cored composite panels manufactured to rigorous standards of quality control and ISO 9001:2000 compliant. Approved to LPS1181 grade Ext A and BS476 Part 22 for fire, the recyclable cladding systems a great option in low risk building solutions.

The composite panel substrate can be fixed directly to steel or concrete building frames and offers the perfect structural support for all our LINEAR rainscreen systems. We can identify and provide the most suitable engineered support systems, encompassing brackets, rails, fixings, insulation and any other accessories specific to a LINEAR Rainspan application including fire stops, breather membranes and vapour control layers.
