HOOK-ON PRESSURE EQUALISING - RAINSCREEN FAÇADE SYSTEM
The LINEAR 2 rainscreen façade system is comprised of a series of panels that hook onto a supporting frame. The non-sequential system is infinitely adjustable. As with LINEAR 1 all panels can be independently removed and replaced without disrupting the rest of the façade. If an individual panel is damaged during the build, or even years after, that panel can be replaced easily.
The engineered rail and bracket support systems are supplied along with the façade panels. Precise static and dynamic load calculations can be supplied to ensure optimum installation. If a sealed system is required then the vertical and horizontal joints of LINEAR 2 can be wet jointed using silicon sealants.
This hook-on rainscreen façade system facilitates design flexibility and non-sequential installation.
Inconsistencies in the line and level of the substrate to which the façade is being attached are easily overcome due to the adjustable nature of the support grid. This flexibility ensures a flawless installation can be achieved every time.
Panel Dimensions
Standard panels can be supplied in any module sizes up to 1475mm x 7000mm. Long sheets and certain materials may not be available on standard lead times. Long panels will self curve down to 15m radii in section.
Joint sizes can be set from 5mm up to 40mm. Different sizes, shapes and orientations of panels can be supplied in a wide range of metals and MCMs including mill finish zinc, copper, aluminium, stainless steel and titanium as well as painted steel, aluminium and ACM.
